Everything the content-completeness sessions surfaced that is NOT fixed by the docs pages
themselves — split by where the fix lives and whether it needs a decision first. Compiled 2026-08-31 by the
orchestrator session from the spells, items and mobs passes.
Fix in the game repo sessions spawned
92 era items invisible in the 4.95 client — Atlas-confirmed items carrying icon ids ≥ 1310
(the 4.95 Item.epf has 1,310 frames): nothing draws in bag or on ground. Full list in the
items fix catalog.
green_cloak worn look broken — does not render when equipped (ItmLook 14 / LookColor 0), on top
of its bad icon.
Wedding cloak mystery — works as armor in-game per the project owner, but Items.csv has no wedding_cloak row
(only wedding_dress and wedding_band). Find which row actually serves it before adding one.
Duplicate item keys — 15 duplicated keys plus donor_scroll ×5; every lookup resolves first-wins,
so the later rows are unreachable dead weight.
Sage-ladder rows in SpellLearnCosts.csv — the archive merge wrote share_wisdom trainer rows the
NpcGrantedSpells gate has to hold against; cleaning the rows removes the trap.
Fix in the docs repo (render tooling)
Sprite palette bugs — MobLookColor 11/29 block-wrap, Mob5xPalettes horse collapse, the look-130
tiger blob (details); then re-render the mob sheet.
effects.html width — the page was edited in place for the unified width; if its local builder in
the game repo's re/ tooling reruns, the width needs re-applying there.
Needs a decision before anyone fixes anything
Era curation of flagged content — 236 mobs and 1,574 items are "not on atlas", but absence ≠
RTK-added (era tutorial gear was pruned from the live Atlas; 122 era mobs exist only on the 2005 archive).
The flag is a screen for per-item review, not a delete list. 936 atlas-only items are era candidates to add.
Mob-cast Blind is a no-op on players — it occupies the cure slot but impairs nothing
(acknowledged gap, Session.MobSpells.cs). Implement the impairment or document it as intended.
Smith repair is a stub (NpcAbility.cs) while 1,624 items are repairable and 122 decay forever —
priority call on implementing Fix-Item.
5 spell fx ids beyond the 4.95 effect table (153, 241, 396, 427, 519) — which client are they
from, and what should those spells play?
